Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of These Terms

Tempo Tunes ("we", "our", or "the service") is operated by C7NOMAD LLC. By creating an account or using the Tempo Tunes mobile app or website, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What Tempo Tunes Does

Tempo Tunes generates music playlists by tempo (BPM) and genre from our own tempo database. Where you choose to connect a music service, Tempo Tunes can save a generated playlist into your account on that service. Playback, subscriptions, and content in those services remain governed by the service you connect.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping access to your account secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use Tempo Tunes. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile tab in the app.

4. Connected Music Services

Connecting Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, or YouTube Music is optional and uses each service's official authorization flow (OAuth); we never ask for or store your password for these services. You can disconnect a service at any time in the app, and revoke access from the service's own security settings.

YouTube API Services: The "Save to YouTube Music" feature uses YouTube API Services. By using it you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Our handling of information received from YouTube API Services is described in our Privacy Policy and subject to the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke Tempo Tunes' access to your Google account at any time via the Google security settings page.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, accessing it with automated tools at abusive volume, reverse engineering it, using it to infringe anyone's rights, or using it in violation of the terms of a connected music service. We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in misuse.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Tempo Tunes does not host, stream, or distribute music. Song metadata and tempo values come from our own database and public catalogs. All music, artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. The Tempo Tunes name, logo, and app are the property of C7NOMAD LLC.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Tempo detection and song matching are automated and may contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, C7NOMAD LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service (currently zero — Tempo Tunes is free).

8. Termination

You may stop using Tempo Tunes at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the service, or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with reasonable notice where practicable. Sections 6–10 survive termination.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be noted in the app or on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
